I was blind but now I see

1. John 9

• All have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God (Romans 3:23)
• The grace of God has preserved us and kept us so that we have the opportunity to respond to His love

2. Jesus came to open blind eyes

• To demonstrate that He is the Messiah when He healed the blind who did not know who He really was
• To show how deep the darkness in a man that could keep a person blind to the Truth

3. The blind shall see…

• Blinded by bondages
• Blinded by fear
• Blinded by the hardness of heart
• The eyes must first be opened so that Truth could be seen – the Truth is in the Son of God
