Kingly Priests

  1. Royal Priesthood

  • I Peter 2:9-11
  • Priesthood of all believers – go between of God and man
  • Representative of the King of kings speaks on His behalf, revealing His will and mind
  • Representative of man petitioning on behalf of man and interceding for them

  1. He reigns through us

  • Revelation 5:9-14; Colossians 2:14
  • Because Jesus reigns, we are called to reign with Him
  • We are called to be part of His rescue plan for the world

  1. Enforcing His rule

  • Ephesians 2:5-6; 1:20-23
  • We are called to enforce the victory of the King over spiritual powers and principalities
